Leadership Development Programme & Executive Coaching for an International e-Commerce Organisation with revenues of $7.79 billion. Our client wanted to develop an EU Customer Services Leadership Development Programme. The potential participants were a diverse group of strategic leaders, operational leaders, supervisory leaders with varied backgrounds, management experience and company tenure.

The programmes objective was to enable participants to perform at their best, engaging their people to achieve sustainable results. Our client wanted the leaders within its business to take full ownership of their leadership responsibilities and therefore the programme was designed to facilitate attitudinal and behavioural change.
