Emotional Intelligence & Leadership

We are the preferred distributor and master certified training partner of MHS for the EQ-i 2.0 suite of assessments. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in leading clients through emotional intelligence. The EQ-i 2.0 assesses emotional intelligence and is a valid and reliable tool that measures the way you perceive and express yourself, develop and maintain social relationships and cope with challenges in work and personal life. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment increases self-awareness and understanding of the impact and relevance of EI on the success of individuals in the world of leadership and the future of work. For example, this can have a significant impact when an organisation is focusing on leadership effectiveness, executive, individual and high performance team development and coaching.

Leadership

We are a globally certified practitioner and partner of the Leadership Circle. We thrive on access to world-class tools and best practices as well as the talent and guidance from an experienced global community.

The LCP (Leadership Circle Profile) draws on all aspects of leadership of which EI is only one element. This can often be more appropriate for more C-suite, CEO, Presidents, VP's, Director Level. The LCP 360 is different to other 360 assessments because it measures a full array of key Leadership competencies while simultaneously measuring competing Reactive tendencies. It is the first 360 of its type to measure management behaviour at different developmental levels and shows the relationship between these levels. It is the first competency-based 360 that also measure cognitive assumptions that drive behaviour. It does all this with strong correlation to real world results in a way that show the integration of all this information.

Culture

The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) delivers a powerful "litmus" test of current leadership culture. It can be used for an entire organisation, or just a leadership team, the Collective Leadership Assessment reveals valuable data: It tells you how your people view their current leadership culture and compares that reality to the optimal culture they desire. The "gap" between data on the current culture and the desired outcome instantly reveals key opportunities for leadership development. Furthermore, the Collective Leadership Assessment measures how your leadership team culture compares to that of other organisations.

Personality

An innovative assessment experience coupled with a deeper look into the individuality of personality type, the PEARMAN provides a measure of personality in one's natural state (i.e., what is most comfortable) and in one's every day environment (i.e., what is most often demonstrated). It also explores and provides insight into our level of flexibility, agility and resiliency.

Spotlight’ is a psychometric tool developed by Mindflick® that has been designed to evaluate personality preferences. The tool has been developed based on robust research on high performers and the preferences that enable and support high performance. The approach helps individuals broaden their understanding of their personality preferences, so that they can more flexibly adapt and find solutions to thrive at work and in life (e.g., working with others, performing under pressure). Conceptually, Spotlight is operationalised as two distinct models that relate to individuals’ behavioural style preferences (i.e., FLEX), and their mindset preferences in situations where there is perceived to be something to win or lose (i.e., COPE). In a world where we need adaptability, collaboration, and tolerance more than ever, Spotlight builds on a movement beyond self-awareness to a way of thinking that would genuinely make a positive impact.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM DEVELOPMENT

TRIBE – Creating Team Excellence.
Based on High Performing Team research conducted by Centre for Team Excellence and the University of Sussex, TRIBE is a proven scientific approach to building high performance teams. It is a robust new approach to team development and offers a canvas for a working methodology to develop a team identity that delivers performance, resilience, passion and pride.  TRIBE is used as an acronym for the underlying beliefs, highlighted in the research, that motivate people to identity with a team. TRADITIONS Believing the team provides continuity from past to present and the future. RELEVANCE Believing that what you do in the team is meaningful and relevant. IDENTITY Believing that the team is distinctive and stands out from others. BELONGING Believing that you belong to and are included in an exclusive group. EFFECTIVENESS Believing that the team is competent and capable of success. When team members have understandings and agreements that cause them to have shared beliefs about these topics they are highly likely to feel a high level of identification with the team i.e. to have integrated the team into their sense of who they are. A team can drive improvement by embedding their TRIBE canvas into their processes and structures.
